Connecting to Jira

You can create a connection with Jira from Admin Dashboard.

1. Navigate to the Account section.
2. Click on Add Connection to add the connection
3. Select JIRA connector
4. Provide the connection name
5. Select Authorization Type as APIToken
6. Provide your Jira account subdomain
   • if help center url is deepconverse.jira.com subdomain value is deepconverse
7. Provide your email associated with the Jira account
8. Provide Jira account Access Token
   • To get Access Token, follow the below steps:
     • navigate to API Token page
     • Click on Create API Token
     • Input label for your token and click on create
     • copy and use the API token
       
       
9. Click on Link Account after providing the required credentials

     7. Click on Test Connection to test the response of your connection.
