Chatbots Themes can be customized to reflect your brand closely and provide a more personalized conversational experience to your customers.
Prerequisites
- Navigate to the Chatbot App in the admin dashboard
- Under the Bots section select the chatbot for which you would like to customize the theme.
- Select the Theme tab to customize the theme for the bot. You will be able to preview the theme before saving it.
Theming the Chat Window
Primary Color | The primary color drives the look of the conversation, it is used in the header, send message button and as the color of the conversation text. |
Bot / Agent Message Color | These colors define how the message sent by the Agent or Bot appear. |
User Message Color | This defines the color of user entered messages and color of the quick reply selected by a user. |
Quick Reply Colors | These colors are define how the quick reply buttons look. |
Avatars
Avatars help in providing your chatbot with a visual persona. You can choose avatars for the Chatbot and the Agent.
The Agent avatar is used when an agent is brought into the chat.
