DeepConverse provides a suite of apps to address support automation. To make things manageable each of the app has its own context, roles, features and settings. This allows us to separate roles for the apps and manage each of them separately.
Selecting an App
We make it easy for you to move to any of the apps that you have access. When you login to the dashboard you will land on the Home page which lists the apps you have access to.
Switching from within an App
The app selector allows you to quickly switch to the another app. It can be found on the top right corner next to the site selection.
