You can create a connection with Zendesk from Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Account section.
- Click on Add Connection to add the connection
- Select ZENDESK connector
- Provide the connection name
- Select Authorization Type
- OAuth2
- Public API
- APIToken
OAuth2 and PublicApi:
For the "OAuth" and "PublicAPI" authorization type, provide your Zendesk account subdomain
If the help center URL is xyz123.zendesk.com subdomain value is xyz123
APIToken:
For the "APIToken" authorization type, provide
> subdomain - Zendesk account subdomain
If the help center URL is xyz123.zendesk.com subdomain value is xyz123
> email - email address registered in Zendesk account
> access token -
> get access token from your Zendesk dashboard (https://xyz1234.zendesk.com)
> go to Admin > Channels > API > Settings
> Add API Token
> Use the API Token as Access Token
6. Click on Link Account
7. Login with your Zendesk account credentials
8. Allow access for permissions
9. Click on Test Connection to test the response of your connection.
